Operating systems - I like 'em all!:
- Linux - Ubuntu, Debian, Redhat, Suse or any combination
- Windows™ - Terminal Servers (especially 2008 is my favourite!) Obviously every version of Windows that can possibly still be in use.
- Mac - Well a little bit of Mac anyway.
- Phones - Windows Mobile, Android, Symbian etc. Do you want to get your calendar, mail and contacts syncing via the Internet? I can tell you how and it works on a lot of phones not just Smart phones. Did I mention VoIP?
